The fund, supported by Google.org and the Asian Development Bank (ADB), aims to empower workers across the Asia-Pacific region who are most affected by labor market transitions resulting from the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI).

With the support of this grant, Baobab will launch a training program in Japan designed to teach individuals—particularly those with disabilities who face barriers to conventional employment, as well as refugees and displaced persons—the fundamentals and practical applications of generative AI.
